What happens after my 7-day trial?

When your Invistiq free trial ends, you choose a plan that fits your document volume. There are no surprise charges. We send reminders at day 5 and day 6 so you have time to decide. If you do not pick a plan, your account stays active in read-only mode. You can still view your extracted data and download reports, but you cannot upload new documents. Your data is never deleted. When you are ready to subscribe, pick any plan and your account reactivates immediately. Plans start at $29 per month for 50 documents, or $79 per month for 500 documents with analytics and adaptive intelligence. All plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.

What happens when I hit my document limit?

Invistiq notifies you when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly document limit. When you hit the limit, your existing documents, extractions, and reports remain fully accessible. You can still generate reports, correct data, and export. You just cannot upload new documents until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. There are no automatic overage charges. If you need more capacity mid-cycle, you can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately. The Starter plan includes 50 documents per month, Professional includes 500, and Business includes 2,000. Enterprise plans have no document limits.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Invistiq plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you get access to the new features and document limits right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep your current plan features through the end of the period you already paid for. During the early access period, email us at support@invistiq.com and we will update your plan personally. Self-serve plan changes from your account settings are coming soon. Switching between monthly and annual billing is also supported. Annual billing saves you two months compared to paying monthly.

What counts as a document?

Each file you upload to Invistiq counts as one document toward your monthly limit. This includes PDFs, JPEGs, PNGs, and TIFF files. A multi-page PDF counts as a single document regardless of the number of pages. If you upload the same invoice twice (for example, to re-extract after a correction), it counts as two documents. Invistiq is designed for vendor invoices, supply receipts, service provider statements, payroll summaries, and overhead expense documents. Password-protected PDFs and handwritten notes are not supported. The system validates file types before counting them against your limit, so rejected uploads do not count.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Invistiq offers annual billing on all plans. Annual billing gives you two months free compared to paying monthly. The Starter plan drops from $29 per month to $24 per month when billed annually. Professional goes from $79 to $66 per month. Business goes from $149 to $124 per month. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings. Annual plans are billed once per year upfront. If you cancel an annual plan, you keep access through the end of the year you paid for.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Invistiq has no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription with one click from your account settings. When you cancel, your account stays active through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account switches to read-only mode. You can still access your extracted data, view reports, and export everything. Your documents and data are retained for 90 days after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that window, everything picks up where you left off.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with Invistiq during your first 30 days as a paying customer, email support@invistiq.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked. For annual plans, we prorate refunds for unused months if you cancel within the first 90 days. After 90 days on an annual plan, you keep access through the end of the year but refunds are not available for the remaining period. The 7-day free trial requires no credit card, so there is nothing to refund during the trial.
