Terms of Service

You must create an account to use Invistiq. When you do:

• You must provide accurate, complete information. Using a fake name or someone else's email is not allowed.
• One account per person. Sharing login credentials with other people is not permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us at support@invistiq.com immediately.
• You must be 18 or older to create an account.

You may use Invistiq to capture and persist signed AI agent event spans you have the right to process. You may not:

• Send event payloads belonging to another organization without its authorization
• Upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the platform's AI models or infrastructure
• Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' accounts
• Use the platform to process protected health information (PHI) without a signed BAA

Invistiq is operating its Charter Customer Program during pilot. Charter seats are $12,000 per year (reverts to the $18,000 Compliance Starter list once the eight seats fill) and include the platform plus all compliance mapping during the pilot window. Indicative paid tiers at general availability:

Paid subscriptions, once activated, are billed in advance through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period.

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date, not mid-period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No cancellation fees.

• Monthly plans: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then.
• Annual plans: cancellation stops future renewal. You keep access through the end of your paid term.

After cancellation, signed event payloads are retained for the regulatory floor configured on your account; account metadata is deleted ninety days after cancellation. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

• Monthly plans: no partial refunds. You keep access through the end of the billing period.
• Annual plans: you can request a refund within 30 days of payment. The refund amount is the annual fee minus the months already used, charged at the monthly rate. No refund after 30 days.

Refund requests go to support@invistiq.com. We process them within 10 business days.

You own your data. The signed event payloads your agents emit belong to you. The signed event metadata and evidence pack outputs derived from those payloads belong to you. We do not claim any rights to your event data.

By sending an event payload, you grant us a limited license to ingest, verify, sign, chain, and persist it for the purpose of providing the service. That license ends when the configured retention window expires.

We do not use your event payloads or derived metadata to train AI models. Your data is not shared with other customers.

Invistiq owns the platform, including its software, schemas, and visual design. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. MIT-licensed SDKs are subject to their published open-source license.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invistiq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. For most violations, we will give 30 days notice and an opportunity to fix the problem. For serious violations (fraud, illegal activity, security threats), we may terminate immediately.

When your account is terminated, you lose access to the platform. Your data is retained for 90 days for export, then permanently deleted.

You may close your account at any time from the settings page. This is the same as cancellation.
