Charter is $12,000 a year for year one and $9,600 a year forever after, because of the 20% lifetime lock. Compliance Starter, which is the same product without the founder install and without the lifetime lock, is $18,000 a year and goes up with the list. Over five years, a Charter seat is approximately $50,400. A Starter seat purchased on 11 August is approximately $90,000, before any list increases.

The Merkle-log verifier that an auditor or regulator uses to check an evidence pack is open source under Apache-2.0 at github.com/invistiq/verifier. They do not need an Invistiq account to validate a report.

Is the platform real today, or is this a pre-launch?
SDK alpha is in use internally. General availability target is 10 August 2026. Charter seats are sold against that date with a full refund attached if the date slips.
What happens if it does not ship on 10 August?
Full refund, automatic, no claim form. The 8-seat cap stands. We do not backfill with non-Charter pricing.
Will the Colorado DOI accept reports from this?
The output is a Reg 10-1-1 narrative built from a cryptographically signed Merkle log of the underlying agent events. The verifier is open source so the examiner can validate the log independently. We do not speak for the DOI. We give the examiner what they need to verify.
What if our model changes or our use case shifts?
The SDK wraps the agent runtime, not the model. Swapping Claude for GPT-4 or LangChain for OpenAI Agents does not invalidate prior events.
What if I miss the 8th seat?
