These terms cover your use of invistiq.com, including the concept gallery. By using the site you accept them. They are short because the site is simple.
The concept gallery is demonstration work
- Every business in the gallery is fictional. The brands, names, people, testimonials, statistics, and results shown there are invented to demonstrate design and engineering craft, and each page is labeled as concept work.
- The people in gallery photographs are models from stock photography (Unsplash), not clients, patients, employees, or endorsers of anything.
- Nothing in the gallery is professional advice: no legal, medical, dental, financial, or real-estate statement in a concept is real or should be relied on.
Intellectual property
The design, code, and copy of this site and its concepts belong to Invistiq. You may browse and share links freely. You may not copy a concept, in whole or substantial part, to build or sell your own site or product. Stock photographs remain subject to the Unsplash License.
Client work
Actual engagements (scope, price, ownership of deliverables, timelines) are governed by the written agreement we sign together, not by this page. Browsing this site or booking a call creates no client relationship and no obligation on either side.
Client portal
Portal accounts are invite-only. Keep your credentials to yourself, tell us if you suspect misuse, and upload only material you have the right to share. We may suspend accounts used to attack the service or other users.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee either. To the fullest extent the law allows, Invistiq is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
